The Venetian was built in 1987 as apartments and was converted in 2005 to condos. The units range from studios to 2-bedrooms. The two bedroom unit has two floors, with the kitchen, dining area, living room, and 1/2 bathroom with washer/dryer on the first floor and dual master suites upstairs. There is a community pool and small gym, with the grounds well kept. As of this writing, June 2013, the HOA is in litigation with the builder and purchases generally require cash-only or a willing lender with at least 35% down payment.
